Jen
Founder & Trainer
Jen is our main trainer and founder of Beau's pack. After leaving the RAF, where she was a dog handler, she rescued Beau from an unwanted farm litter and decided to start up a training centre to give everyone access to bespoke, tailored and honest training to fit the exact needs of Dog and owner.

Founder
Beau is a Welsh Collie and has come a long way since being a farm rescue when she was nervous of the world around her. Now, Beau enjoys agility and CaniCross as well as helping all the other owners and dogs in the pack with their training. She also has her own instagram that we recommend checking out.

Tesnie
Dog Walker & Trainee Trainer
Tesnie began her journey with Beau’s Pack as our very first dog walker, with a clear goal of becoming a trainer. Today, she works alongside our head trainer, Jen, delivering one-to-one obedience sessions. Tesnie’s true passion, however, lies in Pet Gundog and Scent Work.
She regularly leads workshops in both disciplines and is dedicated to helping owners understand the importance of fulfilling their dogs’ natural instincts through engaging dog sports.
Whether in training or out on walks, Tesnie always prioritises enriching each dog’s life in a way that honours their breed and personality.
Abbie
Dog Walker
Abbie (+ Lilah!) has been part of Beau’s Pack for a few years, initially for agility and then onto some obedience and behaviour bits with Jen. She is going to be helping out with dog walking from the beginning of May as she takes a career break and figures out her next big move! Abbie is a lifelong animal lover, so is super excited to get started! You’ll usually see her with a smile on her face, especially when surrounded by puppers!
Becky
Admin
Becky provides admin support to Beau’s Pack around her day job as a research scientist in the medical industry. Becky first joined Beau's Pack in January 2023 when she started canicross with Luna, her collie x golden retriever, and was introduced to the world of dog sports. Now Becky and Luna compete in every dog sport they can, including canicross, agility, and bikejor!

Brian
Maintenance
Brian & Lyra have been in training with Beau’s pack since May 2025 and in that time have had lots of fun and made massive progress in obedience, off lead skills and now agility. Lyra’s speed of learning is definitely ahead of Brian’s!
Due to having too much time on his hands, Brian has joined the Beau’s Pack team to help out with the maintenance around the Wildmoor Lane training fields, mostly mowing & strimming, but also any other jobs that crop up.
So if you see anything that you feel needs fixing or tidying up please let Brian or Jen know and he’ll do his best to get it dealt with. (See it, say it, sorted🤞🏼)
