Who is it for?

Our reactivity package is for anyone who is struggling with undesirable behaviour towards a trigger; that could be positive or negative reactivity, towards any trigger.

What is included?

This 6 week programme is jam packed with things to do to get you in the right track!

It includes:

• 6x 1:1s ; 4x 1 hour sessions, and 2x 2 hour sessions

• Unlimited Group classes; including drop and train!

• 2 Day Trains One at the start of the programme, and one at the end

• Unlimited WhatsApp support
